Please helllllllpppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey i am a newbie, but i've already tried to start seeds twice this season. Both times, my plants got about 3 inches tall, and then they either were bitten off, or mysteriously died. I have NO fucking clue why i have such bad luck. I live in Oregon, and I'm guerrilla growing. Is it too late if I start seeds now?? or is there still hope for the season??? please respond

You can start them but your gonna have to probably pull them that far north before it gets too cold. You should look into some deer/rabbit control. There are products online boasting varying degrees of success. I hear human feces and urine can have some effect if you can get out there after every ran and reup on the bad brown. Also bars of soap seem to have some effect on deer.

as to them dying, are you planting them directly into the native soil or are you using potting soil? Are you able to water regularly or is this a spot that your only going to be able to get to a few times?

more information pl0x

It might be to late for seeds, but we still have 3-4 months left you might get something out of that. That is if we get some nice days out of this year or not. I don't grow but do know some med growers that are have some trouble with the crappy weather this earily year. I know my fruit trees and garden didn't do crap this year so far but I am in the hills in the deep woods and we are always two to three weeks behind what is growing in town. You should grow seed inside for alittle while to help get it started, or plant near your house so that you can keep a good eye on things.

thx all good info.

I used miracle grow potting mix, and it has some ferts in it, so that may have posed a problem. I didnt come out to the spot that often, because we get a lot of rain here in oregon. I put them in pretty good sized pots, and I bought Irish Spring soap, but it was too late, cuz they already died :(

please get me on the right track cuz if I try to grow again i dont want to fail miserably!!!

go buy some chicken wire... build a solid cage all around .. only smallish .. but make sure its covered from all angles... make it about a 12 inch box.. and keep it on untill it gets too big for it..

as a way to start these guys off right, should i put them in small containers in a terrarium by my house, until they are about 8 inches tall?

I have had excellent success with a product called "liquid fence". Rabbits and deer are all present in large numbers around my grow site but my plants haven't been touched.
