pleas help! my plant changed overnight.

The top of plants leaves were bending up and kind of twisting this was happening to only 2 set of leaves but then the other leaves started to bend down and the tips turned yellow/white i would like to post a picture but idk how to. What could be causing this?

I think the cause is that you did`t look hard enough for the "insert picture" bottom, you can post pictures, video and links from the box right above the text you write

Pictures tells a 1000 words and is a must IMO if you want advice, and even more important, some solid advice

IME twisting new growth is a sign of a PH that is off, or a overdose of nutrients, agin, some more info would also help us a lot providing you with better advice
tip burns is a sure sign of nutrients burn

Sounds like it could also be a PH issue, check your PH before you do anything.

How is your watering schedule?
