Plants too big

lol like it says my plants are gettin to tall how do i stop this or slow it down

tie them down

bend the tops slightly so that they grow sideways, dont stress too much

You can top them or you can gently pinch the top of the plant right at the top newest node.Lightly squueeze and roll the stalk in your fingers. Dont smash it too much just enough for it to kinda fall over. That will stop that main cola and will allow the lower branches to catch up and by then you can be in flower and then have multiple colas instead of one.
