Plants looking bad <PICS>

Been a month since I planted and all of my plants are growing slowly and one has started looking really sick. I have an airstone and have been adding one small nute tab per week the last on Sunday. I have 4 100 watt equiv CFL's and a humdifier set at 50%. PH seems to be around 6.2. Not sure what the problem is.

What are these nute tabs you mentioned?

I don't know about your pumps... what kind of grow are you doing? Aeroponics, yes, you could constant mist. Ebb and flow... no. Etc....
Your pH is a lil high, try to keep it in between 5.5 and 5.7, maybe 5.8
bump......

Will too much of that PH down liquid harm the plants? It seems to take almost a whole bottle to get PH below 6.0.

I use some shit called PH Decrease made by a company called Jungle. The plant has completely died so I dried it out a bit and smoked the leaves in a bowl. Actually provided for a nice buzz, at least it was some strong Northern lights. The other plants are growing really slow but aren't drooping and yellow thank god. The temp's in my closet fluctuates from 70-87 degrees depending on time of day and I keep a fan running. I'm starting to wonder if the water in the res is getting too hot and maybe that is stunting growth.

The PH is holding steady around 6 no matter how much of this PH down stuff I throw in, I'm beginning to wonder if the PH meter I have attached to the bottom of the res is defective. It measures down to 5.6 but the color never switches to that level. I will remain patient and hope that these babies start growing faster.
