plants lookin great roots lookin bad..

ok so when i went on vacation a damn fly somehow flew in to the res. it some home landed on my oldest plants roots and died there. when i returned to find that all of the plants main group of roots are changing this yellow/ brown tint color .. i replaced the water but dont know what to do. the plants dont look harmed at all. pls help me figure put wat to do.

whats your ph??? and whats your rez temp? i hope like 65 degrees and it never gets higher then 75

well i lost the test strips for some reason but its normally always at 6.5 with no additives in it. my res shouldnt get that warm i mean the grow area doesnt even get much hotter that that.

ok so i extracted one because it turned male on me. now it is in a bubbleponics system how do i get the dead roots out that are all notted up with the other plants with out damageing them

well the roots were too intangled with the other so i found were tthe problem and just cout out a few inches off of the healthy one but i think it will be better off than root rot
