Thinking of crossing the border to plant in Canada. Anyone know about the laws there if you get busted with 15 or less? Is it legal?

lol and how are you gonna get the weed back into the states? actually if you get busted here, and you snuck into the country, you'll be in big shit, sent back to states and banned from Canada, and tried in your country for the crime.

Since you answered my OP I assume you know something about the question I asked, so I 'll give you some background to answer your questions first.
I live about a 7 minute swim to Canada. I have a boat that can make it across in about 20 seconds. I can dump a pound of weed off the side of my boat so fast no one would ever know the difference. I'm also a dual citizen so if I got busted in Canada I would be tried in Canada and would not be sent to the US for trial. As you can clearly see the only concern I have is being busted in Canada.
So how about those Canadian laws? What am I looking at getting caught with a number of plants growing outdoors.

Its even on wikipedia. 1in3 homes in BC is a grow op, and noone seems to care. it brings in revenue for the province, so they don't enforce the laws.

Canada doesn't allow dual citizenship. You either renounce your own, or become a permanent resident.

Because I am an American citizen who lives in Canada, and happens to be married to a Canadian woman. She immigrated to Canada. She had to renounce her former citizenship, and when I submitted my sponsorship visa application I was told that you must renounce your former citizenship (USA) To become a Canadian citizen. So to answer your question. I came up with this shit from a Canadian immigration officer, and my wife who's been a Canadian citizen for the last 15 years. American citizens must renounce thier citizenship to become canadian citizens. Since you're swiss shut the fuck up...my post didn't even apply to you.

its not because Canada does not permit dual citizenship . . . ure allowed in Canada . . . . u ever thought that u cant cant have dual citizenship if ure american ? i went to keep my dual citizenship like 4 months ago and there was no problems and ive been a canadian citizen for the last 30 years i think id would know and ive had a dual citizenship ever since i was born . . . .
