plants have been wilting since yesterday, need help asap

thumper925plants have been wilting since yesterday, need help asap
okay my clones started out under 400w light and they did fine i put them under 1k and on sunday and monday i noticed they were wilted and i put them back under the 400w but today they are wilted pretty bad and yellow tips what could be the problem.i need some advice before they die because i have no money for new clones
