Plants growing out of control..... help with lights

So hears the deal i got 2 90w quad band UFO LEDS hanging by the wires in a 4 foot tall grow tent n i need to move the lights up because my plants are only 50 days old and over 2 and 1/2 feet tall already and cant figure out how the hell im gonna do it so....... so any suggestions as to how you guys have done or would do it is greatly appreciated

Shes going to double in size in flowering..... at least.
Cut her or supercrop her to the size you want if shes vegging.

Is shes Flowering SuperCrop an tie her down the best you can.
