Plants dying. Any advice?

couple of my plants are slowly starting to die off. I feed twice a week and water once. I noticed white mold looking stuff on the main branch. Has anyone seen this before?

Did you move that plant from indoor to outdoor without hardening off?

No its been outdoor its whole life. I did have to put them in a uhual and move locations about 6 weeks ago
