Plants drooping

My plants started drooping 4-5 days ago. the roots look alright, a little browning but no rot that I can see. Water temp fluctuates from 66-68 (chiller). PPM is 190 using current culture veg a and b, coco called and hydroguard, PH is 5.8. The only thing I can think of is shock from rising water level? I was leaving for the weekend so I dumped 4 gallons into the system and I did notice them start to droop. That was on Friday, and they slowly kept dropping more and more. The roots aren't completely submerged but can they get shocked by the water level rising a few inches?

Can you elaborate on the no waking up? Because they have sprung up when the lights are on for 3 days now. I don't see any signs of deficiencies, so I'm confused lol

Here's more pictures. It looks like some of the lower branches are springing up (2nd and 3rd pic).

When did I say No Waking Up? They wil naturally sleep 6-12 hrs a day depending on whether you're vegging or youve been in flower for a good week and the hormones have taken hold that it can sleep for12hrs.

190ppm seems very low for that size plant and could be a factor?

The plant bellow is bubblegummer and these are already on 500ppm. I would feed them some more unless im missing something.

I was going along with Current Culture's feeding schedule but after I started increasing the PPM as the schedule suggested the leaves started to turn really dark green and leathery. I read that is a sign of over feeding or beginning signs of nitrogen toxicity. So I decided to back off and keep it around 200ppm until i begin to see slowing in growth or signs of deficiency.

You are underfeeding your plants and that will have a negative impact on them. I would up it to at least 500ppm.. the good darker green growth is a sign of a healthy plant. If you see the tips starting to go brown then this is your indicator of too much N.. you shouldn't have any issues at 500ppm.. What scale.are you using for ppm as there are a few dif ones...
