What the hell is this ? I replanted all my plants in soil that has perlite in it . I sprayed pesticide on the plant twice . fungus problems ?? Can they be saved ?
Plants dead before week 2 ? Pictures included

Those are pretty huge for under 2 weeks. You would of had two have the third set of leaves spouted in the first week.

did you wipe off the pesticide you sprayed on them? If you were having bug issues then a pesticide would be warranted...but only ones that wont hurt your plant...and you need to wipe it off gently with water after 10-15 mins. If you were having a fungus problem then you'd look into getting a fungicide 
And yeah what is your current soil composition, what are you feeding them, what is the PH of the soil/water, what are you using for lights?

I think i did spray them while they were under the lights and didnt wipe it off . But it is an organic solution so didn't think it'll have such and effect . I used "lush potting soil" , i mixed it with perlite . I used boigrow organic insecticide pyrol . Then for nutes i use "calcium magnesium nitrate +" 122 33 137 respectively and "Nitrosol" npk 80 20 58 . I mix it about 1/4 strenght each with water and use it . Usually just used Nitrosol but it didnt have enough N . Ph is 6-7 .

you are getting nutrient burn...cut off the nutes for a while and give it nothing but water when needed. You have alot of nutrients built up into the soil and you need to let it get used up first. If things get worse over the next few days the only thing I can suggest would to do a flush to get nutrients out. Be sure if you do have to flush that you don't water it for 4-5 days to let the root system and soil dry out completely, then still just give it straight water and again ONLY when needed. Good luck!
