I am very new to marijuana gardening, but I have done my share of research. I have found much information on the sicknesses of plants and the damage insects and bugs can do to your harvest. But I was curious, what steps should I take in the construction of the grow room and the growing time to prevent such infestations from happening?

Good question. I'm an exterminator by trade and the key word is "exclusion". If you eliminate food, water, and harborage or any 1 of the 3 you are on the right track. Keep you grow area/s clean and seal any access between the outside word and your home, no matter how small. This is the most common way insects gain access to the home, through little cracks and crevasses. Hope this helps.

Ok, also, anyone know any good ways to keep the heat down in a closet without being to use intake and outake hoses or an ac unit?
