Planting question

Hey guys,

So i planted my seeds last night at 3am. They are in 18 ounce solo cups full of Pro-mix potting soil. I was just wondering if i should put them under lights while the seed have not broke through the soil? or should i just add some heat to help the process/ increase the strength of my seedlings?

you can put them in the light so when they sprout the immedietly get light and yea heat is a good idea. warm and humid.
