planting in south texas

anyone know the prime time to plant in south texas?

i planted mine the last week of april, the seedlings came out the first week of may. now i only have one plant instead of the two because they were too close and one smelled a lot stronger than the other. anyways now my sativa is about 2 feet tall and it is already starting to bud. this is my first time growing, so that is just my opinion.

Around May 1ST. Can grow up until Jan. First (Flower) in most years. My Sativa just started the pre-flowering, while the Intica's are 25 to 75% finished. Good Luck.
