planting in ground or cutting the bottom of pot?

i have to transplant one of my plants and i was woundering the easiest way...should i take it all out of the pot and put it in the hole or cut the bottom out and put it like half in the ground and let it grow that way? what would be less stressful?

u could cut the bottom off an put it in the ground or u could cut the bottom off an then cut the sides and take the bucket completly off... its up to you

In the ground... No reason I can think of not to. It would probably be more stress on the plant to leave the sides on since the roots will not be able to continue to grow as well.

id put it in a bucket .thats just me..,unless it always gets direct sunlight..i also like to trick my plants into flowering for bigger buds
