It's under a 1000w hps. I'm using a home made dwc system running Aurora Soul Synthetics line nutes at about 1000ppm and 6.0 ph (although the ph has been a little unstable lately). The plant has been the most beautiful plant I have ever grown, never a yellow leaf or a spot to be seen until yesterday morning. Yesterday I noticed some yellowing on some of the lower leaves of the plant and a little bit of drooping on the upper leaves. Later on that night I noticed it was getting worse. It was almost time to change the reservoir so I drained the res and put fresh nutes in and ph'd it to 6.0. It started to perk back up (I thought she was going to recover) she seemed stable this morning but when I came home from work all 20140415_094242.jpg 20140415_094321.jpg 20140415_094242.jpg 20140415_094321.jpg 20140415_094344.jpg 20140415_094414.jpg 20140417_200130.jpg 20140417_200148.jpg 20140417_200159.jpg 20140417_200212.jpg 20140417_200247.jpg but 1/4 of the plant looks terminal. What do you guru's thing is wrong? The first 4 pictures are of the plant 2 days ago. The rest are of the plant today.20140415_094242.jpg20140415_094321.jpg 20140415_094344.jpg 20140415_094414.jpg

Regen - A - Root from CX Hydroponics works well for this problem too. Hex is exactly right here. Your res temps got to high. 70F is the top limit. for some strains when it hits that limit, they root rot,,,FAST.

That depends...you can only wait and see.....look up peroxide (H2O2) treatment for roots and give that a quick shot till you can add the bio's or the Root regen! Could help her hang on until then.

I think you might want to actually wash the roots and lightly brush some of the gunk off of them, I don't think they're breathing very well since there's such a buildup. I've done this before, just have to be delicate.
