I have a romberry on 13 on 11 off that's been preflowering heavily for six weeks but won't start flowering. First time I've witnessed this and I have done so many strains on this light cycle this got me interested.
I don't think it would have flowered on 12/12 and it would make a great plant to clone off. Do some old strains need a lower than 12/12 and is this sort of thing a available or common with some strains. Its a healthy plant there's no other reason it halted here.
