Plant training advice 10galon

I have 9 10 galons under 1000w hps. Looking for the most simple ways of plant training without the use or a trelis net. Currently im just doing the single top early in veg, looking to bush out my plant significantly.

Sorry realized i posted in the wrong section

you could just top again or super crop the mains you have so the lowers catch up.
Personally with 9 plants under a 1000w light I wouldn't be going too bushy anyway.
