Plant Tissue Culturing

I have been looking into this lately and am curious to know if any of you have had any experience with plant tissue culture. It might take a little longer then conventional cloning, from this site I am looking at planttc.com. I guess my question for you guys is...

Have any of you tried this?
What type of success rate?
Do you need a clean room/ sterile room?
How long did it take for the plants to mature enough to be transplanted?

PTC, plant tissue culture, has to remain completely strairl or they won't work.
You can get an ez cloner for the same price.

This is too new for horticulture, much less the use with cannabis. I do think a couple of people have successfully cloned this way.
