Plant stunted and not growing

Okay I have a problem with one of a few of my outdoor plants..

All of them are about 1 month old. I currently have one of them in a pot and it was doing fine..as far as growth and such. I had it outside and the next day i go to check it and the pot tipped over causing the top part of the plant to "snap".

I know u can "top" your plant but not this early(only one month old)..I think i might just toss it..but its still green and looks healthy.

Any help..? should i see what it does or should I just forget about it? Keep in mind its always outdoor under FULL sunlight..its been 5 days since the top was "topped"

Let it go. If the roots are fine then it's able to grow more new green growth. KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

it should respond by getting bushier, when mine was 20 days old my cfl fell on it, i was horrified i thought it was dead for sure, but it exploded outward, and when i did my final transplant, about day 42, the top got bent into a 90 degree angle, within hours it was straight again and the plant got even bushier, some people top their plants twice, my plant is now 33 inches tall and 30 inches across
