Plant SOS

So... something similar happened to a plant of mine in the past and I lost her... I'm trying to save this one if i still can.. but I really have no idea what's gone wrong.. Another one is showing starting signs of the same thing..

I don't know what kind of info you'll need to help me out so
I'm attaching a picture, if anyone can help, please do! My babies are suffering!

Oh and I already flushed the two problem plants because i figured it couldn't hurt...

Overwatering. Could be root rot as well, due to overwatering.

I think LOW LIGHT LEVELS ARE COMPOUNDING YOUR PROBLEM because they are so stretched and some of the fan leaves look a little large
