Plant slowly dying

i a cidently posted this in the cfl section, for some reason ive never realized this section, anyway my plant seems like its dying, the leaves are droopy and the bottom leaves have died and just about fallin off, my room stays between 80 and 85 in temp, and in between 60 and 65 in humidity, im using mg moisture control soil, and currently a 23 w cfl, any help is gladly accepted thanks in advance
