Deficiencies I have no experience in vegetable gardening yet.. any headers helps any info helps , all i have is 2yrs of marijuana cultivation under my belt... Thks...

Mildew is most of your problem there, use some dish soap (about a pea sized drop to 2 or 3 litres) in hot warm water to wash it off, it's blocking light getting to the leaves which is affecting your fruits

So theres no deficiency?? It s all mildew or mostly?

I'd say sort the mildew first and then see what happens, deal with the problems you know are present and then re-assess the situation once they're cleared
there might well be deficiencies as well but the certainty is the mildew is blocking light the leaves which has knock effects like not being able to process nutes as well as it should
