Plant Numbers In Australia

i asked my in house lawyer (roommate and law student) to look up the criminal offense thresholds as far as plant number in my state (australia)..

he has told me up to 10 is considered a small amount in the eyes of the law. the next threshold was 99 and is pretty serious shit.. and anything over 100 is considered commercial growing..

some good information to keep in mind if starting something small scale and juggling between a sog and scrog style grow..

over ten plants = risk of trafficking charges..

Thats pretty poor advice mate! A quick google search would reveal better info, maybe your room mate should choose another career path

This 27yo bloke already has enhanced indoor cultivation of a dangerous drug for commercial purposes as one of his charges, there will be more coming. He is from Lismore though and this has just happened after the NSW drug squad has already had a big three months eradicating the evil scourge of cannabis from Northern NSW whilst dealing with the annual influx of crazy drug addicts into Nimbin and Lismore for the annual mardi-grass... If this bloke doesn't get hung out to dry for big headlines it will only be because he turned on the club financing this alledged operation...

frm my experience getting busted with 4 outdoor plants i think they dont take the smalltime grower too seriously .. n the roommate lawyer thing.. pffft suck my left ball with your trolling

i agree its all about prior and context.. thats why i think if you can have a low number of plants and get a decent m2 yeild thats a good thing.. a better thing than running 49 plants and hoping the courts give you a lucky break.. in lieu of your similar previous charges, and the fact that you premeditatedly invested a fair bit of time and money into a hidden indoor system..
