Plant Needs to Come Down!

Okay, my first grow is almost over. I have harvested half of one of my plants and all of my drying space is taken up.

But i have a quite large plant that is very mature and ready to be chopped and have no place to dry it!

Is there any way to store wet, trimmed bud until i have room to dry it?
Fridge? Freezer? Vase with water like flowers? Cut it down and hang it outside?(temps drop to mid thirties at night)

Also, if my plant goes a week or so past its optimal age am i going to notice lower potency? Or will it just be a very body high and glue me to the couch till i fall asleep?

dont freeze it and outside is too cold. I would cut it and manicure it and place it in a large brown bag like a grocery bag and monitor the bag, turning buds etc, to avoid mold. good luck

fridge is ideal but I'd just leave it standing unless it's going to rain severly, there'll be no change in potency or type of high.
