Plant Mutations/Anomalies

Howdy,
I Started up a new crop with just bag seeds that I had accrued over the past few months of chiefin'
But there have been some strange accurences in my garden rencently.

One of my seedlings(pictured below) managed to top itself at the 1st true node...
I did nothing to this little lady


Where as one of my other seedlings is growing 3 shoots off of one node
Its hard to tell from my awful camera, but there are 3 leaves and 3 shoots at the 3rd node




Whats the strangest thing that happened in your garden?

i had a strange trifoliar which sometimes shot 1 node and sometimes 3

i always like seeing this like this and make sure to clone, who knows the plant could have something special.
