Hi im a first time grower and i need urgent help. I planted my seed about 5 days ago under 100 watt florescent bulb and all of the sudden the leave curled down and it crumbled. But i think the problem is that i fertilized it to much. Anyway im not goning to fertilize it intill it gets bigger but for now do u think it will cure? All i did was chipped half the leaf that was broken. and do u think it will continue to grow? Here are some pic of it.please reply:sad:

You shouldnt even be thinking about fertilizer until they are 2 weeks old, then you only give them 1/4 to 1/2 dose of what the bottle says.

But as far as it making it....it could...those first leaves fall off anyways, but you will only find out when it happens.

You gotta do more research before you just go jumping into cultivation of this beautiful plant....
Don't apply any nutrients till at LEAST 2 weeks... let alone 5 fucking days...
Also, by the looks of it your soil is a time-release based medium, which means it has some nutrients in it which will release over time, it helps give the plants a boost in the early stages.

I'd be worried but cannabis is a strong plant, so hopefully it'll be okay, just watch keep an eye on it and DON'T give it anymore. Best of luck

you technically dont have to fertilize at all for the veg if its under a month, i usually fertilize once after 2 weeks and thats it

I recently changed the soil cause the other soil was fertilized, but its different soil.Does it take that long to grow or is mine just going to die? please help

With all that stress im thinking it wont grow, usually within a week of it popping out of the soil you should be able to see the 1st proper set of leafs beginning to form.

Erm, upload a new pic of it. A nice clear one in focus, we'll see what state its in. You might just have to leave it alone for a bit.

Just leave it for now. It might have adverse effects on the whole plant tho.. just veg it for a bit longer :) But yeh, make sure the soil is slightly moist, but not soaking and keep it under 24/0 lighting for now, see how it does over the next few days, if its still standing up-right then it shud be okay. Those oval leafs you burnt tho are quite important to the plant, they hold all the nutrients and shit the plant needs to get started, sorta like storage leafs to kick start the plant. Let just hope its all good tho, i recon it looks good. Providing they're still green and standing up i think it'll be alright :)

Just stick to what i said :)

Easy there grasshopper :) You shouldn't be thinking about herming a plant, yet... Anyway, this was your only seed? Where did you get it? I had Nirvana seeds before, they turned out well. No chance of getting more? You made some mistakes that you can fix next time. For instance, you shouldn't plant the seed in a big pot like that. You start with a small cup and then transplant to bigger and bigger pots or double pot them a'la BOG. What light will you use for flowering? Do you have a fan? Give us much info as possible for best advice :)

GL and ask away.

Yeh, yu shudda started in something small but DONT go moving it around again! :P One transplant is enough for now and its not too big of an issue. Mother nature wouldn't switch pot size during its life cycle so just leave that :P lets not cause more stress.

Also, don't go trying to turn her (be hopefully) hermie, just clone her constantly so you have some plants going, then once you've got as many as you want, just keep a mother. It'll keep pollen out of your area and its basically the same as seeds, just they'll be stronger. and will take less time to get into flowering and be 100% female. So just clone in my eyes :)

Ok, it looks like it should be ok. You just repotted it, so now the plant is in further shock. The roots will have to develop again. When a plant is small is when it is forming a root system...thats why after 1 week the thing shoots up like a weed =)

My only recommendation would be to run a light cycle of 18/6. It gives your plant some dark time, where it will be growing better roots.

I wouldn't try to hermie a plant either. If it's a female, just clone the first few branches off the bottom of the plant. When you get into cloning, you will be back here asking if your clone is going to make it. =) Just be patient my friend, the roots are forming =)

Over Nuted..... might be awhile.... if they recover at all. Go get some distilled water from the grocery store and flush them a bit. You might be able to save them I dono

Hes changed the soil, shouldn't need to flush will just make them suffer more from over-watering.
