I have two plants in my setup that are both the same strain and are getting equal water/nutrients. The other plant appears to be perfectly healthy.I’m currently just giving a gallon of water to each plant with some cal mag in there about every 3-4 days. Good ventilation and light is the xs2000 but only on about 60% power.

What medium?
What's your water source?
What pH?
What nutrients.
Nute strength?
How old is the plant?
What size pots?

Happy frog soil and I use my RO system here in Arizona. Never have had to give nutrients to my previous grows besides cal mag in veg and boobha bloom in flower

Why are you feeding CalMag

pics of your successful other grow? I used happy frog for years (switched recently) I guarantee you need to feed some veg nutes. I can average 1.3-1.5G per watt under LED with happy frog

CalMag is something to use as needed ( a lot around here will say is not needed) not as a general solution. Cal deficiencies are easy to diagnose (I’ve never had a mag issue).

I wouldn’t recommend my nutrient to anyone not experienced (even I question my sanity in using it but it works and has for years)

I’ve been debating changing, browse around here see what folks are using. I’ve Talked to quite a few growers recently who are happy using Jack’s (non organic) and it does seem likea no brainer for new growers. I would say follow the KISS philosophy, you can find good ferts that are simple 1-2 solutions for veg and flower.
