I bought this plant from a friend and it is 2 ft by 2ft . I put it into a pot, with happy frog soil, maybe 1 1/2 ft wide and 1 1/2 ft wide and I pulled it out of the ground into my pot and she is so depressed D: how could I help her ?

dlf is right, it will take some time. Is it flowering or still in vegetative? If still in veg I would try to give as much light as you can, and do not switch to flowering until recovered. If in flower, dont change it back to veg, you will need to just wait it out and try to not introduce any further stress.

Don't mean to be harsh, but you needed to do research long before you thought about buying a mature plant.

Read the stickies in the 'Newbie' section, then head over to http://www.growweedeasy.com and peep the 'The Basics' section.

Research quickly, so when you do need to ask questions, they are relatively specific and have meaning.

Again, don't mean to be disrespectful, but generic, blanket-type questions won't yield positive response.

"How can I help her?"... first, state your soil/medium, environment, lights etc. Is this an outdoor or indoor grow? Do you know what pH is? How long has the plant been in veg state? Do you have pics?

Since u pulled it out of the ground u unwittingly severed some roots so expect wilting and some dieback depending on how much root mass u cut off. Moisture is key. Keep the humidity high if u can and water a little more often than normal until it recovers. Whenever I transplant anything I always cut the top growth back to balance the amount of roots that were lost during transplant. Its less stress on the plant.

don't know what products (if any) you have
something really mild like FF Big Bloom or Kangaroots highly diluted is great for a stressed plant.
The best advice? leave her be, make sure she has plenty of water and good air circulation. You may have to wait this out a few days.
