Plant growth has slowed considerably..

hey guys, mostly all of my 6 week old plants have stopped growing or are growing very slowly. I had a Nitrogen deficiency a few weeks ago which burnt many of my plants but They have all recovered though the lower part of many of them have dead leaves. the top growth is very green and the leaves are growing big but they are not getting taller. Many of them are between 5-6 inches tall with a few exceptions hitting 9-10 inches. I also have 2 cali hash and 1 blue hash that are only 3 inches tall but both have about 4-5 nodes?? is this normal?

they are mandala seeds satori
I have my ppm at 550-600 using Flora Nova.
Room temps are 70-74 degrees but under my lights its closer to 85-88.
PH is mostly always between 5-6.5
I supplement N with Natures Nectar organic Nitrogen at low dosages.
I have two 10x4 tables with 3 1000 watt HID's on each table.
My res water is very very cold.
I only have 1 fan in the room but my Split AC system blows hard and the plants have grown thicker since installing it.


not sure what else you guys may need to help me out.

I think its still the nute burn man.

did you flush it?

yes, I replaced the high nute water with fresh clean water about two weeks ago but instead of just flushing for 1 days, the water was left for 3 because i couldnt get to my grow. (the owner of the house was out of town and forgot to leave me a key) The plants burnt more during those 3 days with just water than when they had the 1200ppm nute water for 2 weeks. I gave nutes and a low dosage of Nitrogen and within days they turned dark green from a really pale yellow but the lower half of mostly all my plants died. i now have lots of palm tree looking plants which is fine if they keep growing but the new growth comes out very slowly.
