Plant Grew Two Stalks

So I planted this hash spice seed I ordered and during the beginning of its development it looked quite deformed but now since flowering it has more than quadrupled in size and the stalk parted into two separate huge stalks one with one cola and the other has two. Has anyone ever seen or heard of a plant doing this?
The first three pics posted are the plant at about 4 weeks old and the ones after are what it looks like now 2 feet tall, you can clearly see the two stems developing and what I thought was really weird was that in the beginning of growth it only had its first two round seedling leaves until a week after the first fertilizer which was when it was three weeks old!! Anyways it shot up bigger than all my other plants and is a female.

yeah but i thought topping causes the yield of each top to be less but overall a better yield, the stalks on my plant grew in almost equally and the one thats a bit shorter makes up for it with two tops either way they are both about equal in size i think it's going to do better than a topped plant.
