Plant food for vegative and flowering

Hello,

I live in Canada and I need some suggestions on a good and simple plant food for vegative and flowering that I can either buy online (Amazon or eBay) or locally (Walmart, Canadian Tire, Rona, Home Depot)

I want to know which kind to get for both the vegative and flowering cycles, I already know that for vegative it needs to be high in nitrogen and for flowering it needs to be very low amounts of nitrogen. Any suggestions? I water the plant with 2L of water about every week.
