plant bushy and wide with no height

first off im a new grower. my plant is 14 inches wide and only 4 inches tall. is this normal? it looks healthy but iI thought it might grow height wise. its under 2 100 watt cfl's and 2 2' floros. the lights are all positioned over the plant too. let me know what you think. thanks.

looks really good! you dont really want height as much as you want close node structure. the closer the nodes the better the bud because this is where the hairs grow! Good job.

p.s. i forgot to say it was 13 days old. when do you suggest iI turn it to 12/12?

Yeah looks good man, also looks Indica dominant which would play a role in it's short bushiness... I'd say flip to flower after at least a month of veggin.

yea im just trying different things and this is working for me. thanks for the advice. ill start flowering in 2 weeks them.
