plant bending

hey so im growing in my closet and i want to keep my plant low to the ground and not sky rocketing.
isnt there away to train your plant to bend (using paper clips and string. like this http://media.photobucket.com/image/marijuana plant bending/cannadude420/3.jpg



when should i start doing it and what should i use?

yeah, your talking about lst .. low stress training.. you can start lst pretty much whenever you want, and my friend doobieous swears by those fuzzy pipe cleaners that they sell in any tobacco outlet/ drugstore for tie downs..

Those pipe cleaners work great. Also you could try paperclips or twist ties on bread sacks. Just gotta put a couple holes or screws in your pots. I like to use whatever is layin around just to save a couple extra bucks you know.
