Plant was flushed 3 weeks to a month ago, has been raining pretty much nonstop with a few hot sunny days/periods in between. I flushed due to over fert using strong fert and it had wayyyy too much nitrogen because new leaves were mutated and dark.... the reason i over used fert was because yellowing was rising up the plant. the plant stopped yellowing while it was over ferted but once i flushed and the rains set in it began yellowing from the bottom upwards and dropping quite a lot of leaves (my plant looks like 2/3rds stem and top canopy of like 5-6 sets of leaves)..

i had fed twice with fish emulsion since (lower NPK than previous, non burning) and one hit of epsom salts (during the wet period that is happening atm) so it has had probs too much water but should be fine for magnesium.. but the plant is not drooping and leaves are perched up fine.

ph of soil 2-3 inches below surface is 6.5-7 using soil liquid/powder tester
YELLOWING CONTINUES TO RISE??????

Does over watering exhibit the exact symptom of nitrogen/nutrient deficiency, that is the bright yellowing and dropping off of leaves that RISES from the bottom up???????

What could this be seeing as i dont want the over nute prob again???????????

Look in FAQ plant problems, nutrient problems.if you do not find a plausible culprit there, and your in outdoor soil, the problem could be vine weevil/leatherjacket eating roots. This is hard to identify and control and is usually diagnosed by the plant halting growth, dying from the bottom to the top and when pulled there are few or no roots. I hope this is not your problem. if you think it is, the only solution I know, is to CAREFULLY dig up the plant and have a large pot of good soil handy. Remove ALL soil from rootball washing it away with tepid water (you may suspect any maggoty looking bastard you see) and re-pot, watering well. Feed after a week or two according to the soil and follow your nutrient instructions to the letter.
good luck and hope it is something simple and easy to fix.

Have trawled through the internet for possible culprits/solutions and have tried to deal with all plausible culprits by checking the ph, feeding epsom salts, flushing, feeding enough nutes and then lowering to a non burning nute that more suits marijuana growing and still the problem persists?

have seen the roots because plant was transplanted around the time of flushing into a bigger pot and there is a plentiful healthy looking root system.

soil used is Hortico professional blend (run of the mill soil i guess not that expensive probably actually the cheapest), and the difference between the sizes of the pots when transplanted used a bought compost mixture.

added a number of crushed egg shells and some banana peels to the surface of the soil i guess to add organically to the calcium and potassium? in the mixture.

get rid of the banana skins and egg shells,,,just buy some quality nutes with everything u need in um,,,,,,if the bottom leaves are yellow and the newer ones are green and there all droopy it could just be overwatering.

Sounds like a lot of flushing etc has been going on. And all that garbage attracts pests.
