So i havent really posted much on here but I just wanted to share a few ideas. So over the course of the next few months, im gonna order some seeds(any advice appreciated) and my plan is to germinate and veg for 1 month in a PC case. I have 4 26watt CFL's and I want to veg 4 plants. Once the temps are right and the time has come I will transplant these to an outdoor location and grow them out. I had a succesful first grow last year:bigjoint: and I think the 1-month of indoor veg will help a lot. Has anyone done this before? Any input would be wonderful. Also I am in Maine so im thinking about putting them outside around mid april or early may.

Sounds like a plan.

I dunno how much of a head start you'll get with all those plants no bigger than a PC full of light bulbs... but it is better than nothing. I'd aim for a later spring, May probably.

Basically im just aiming for maybe 6 inches tall, just so they can have a little boost and not be so delicate to the early season weather. I think with the close proximity to the CFL's, I should be able to produce a few compact and sturdy plants ready to be transplanted all within a month. I would let them veg longer but I only have about 12-14 inches to work with inside the case
