planing a new rom

So i have decied to start a room the space is 5ft x 7ft 6ft roof at the middle 5ft at the ends i want 2 make 2 rooms in their 1 veg 1 for flowering but having trouble decideing what lights system to use i can't run my electric bill way up any thoughts on room size and light set up .....he is a pic of the 1 i have now but it is outdoor

I would go with 25% of the space for veg & 75% for flowering. When I first set up my rooms I split it in half and found I should have went the other way. As far as lights, if you are concerned about energy use you can use Flouros for veg and some people even use flouros for flowering. If it was me I would start with a small HPS (400 watts) for flowering. You will be much happier with the end result.
