It was a regular 12g ( non fabric or airpot) and it ended up with 3lbs. The place I bought them at advertised as 45 litres. I guess they are only slightly larger than yours dimension wise. These are 6 weeks into veg. I got 5 gallon fabric pots too for comparison. In my current opinion @6 wk veg, the 5 gallon pots are roughly 60-70% the size of the 12g. I'm pretty happy with that.
But I am feeding the 5gallons 5 times a day and the 12g 3 times a day. The 12g pots sucks up over 1.2gallons of water a day without runoff!
I do things a bit differently than everyone else, my coco is usually always saturated.

There is different size in 10g there is normal round 10g there is flat round 10g and my favorite are the square 10g! Our tents are square for the most part or rectangular so i prefer square pots...because if I have to do a fast crop I just fill the tent with pots till I can't see the floor...why I wouldn't use all the surface exposed to the light...and I have multiple light source due to the spacing of my COB they can light 30x30cm 1ftx1ft so I have 1 COB at the center of each ft2 of my tent so the same light intensity everywhere in my 4x4(16 COB @5 to 50w but I use it at 35/40w during bloom)
I can put 9 x 10g in my 4x4 and it is full square fabric pots are 16x16x13"(40x40x32) so yes you can put 18 in your box! But as they said it is nice if you use organic solid amendments and reuse the soil several time!
If you want to go faster go with 25cl cup 5/7 days then 1g(3.5L) for 7/10 days then 5g(18L) 10/14 days then bloom for the amount of time your strains need! And 18 pots nine in each 4x4 (you can put 32 if you want!)
If it is for your personal use only you could use a part of the tent to vegg and the other part you can have a perpetual bloom! Use clone and vegg it 4 weeks replace half of the crops do it again and replace the other half and on and on and on! This way you can harvest every month!
Tall plants are for outdoor or 1000w de(who have for the best about 4" or 120cm penetration) when you grow indoor under led you have to think "flat" the more space you cover with plants the best it is for yield!!

About the pot I use to have regular plastic pots but I switched to fabric pots like Root pouch...plants grow much better in tissue than in plastic! The roots act in a different way in fabric pots and increase the grow rates! There is square 10g fabric pot I guess it is what you need...i have the round one but I would have buy the square one if they were available when I did!!
I don't remember the English word but you know the plastic thing you put under your pot to keep water from flooding everywhere...i use a 4x4 one and with fabric pots when plants are in the 10g pot when you water even if a lot of it go thru the pot it will be sucked by the bottom of the pots anyway so no watering problem this way!
A lot of people use only coco mix with perlite or vermiculite and canna coco nutrients with awesome results! I prefer an all organic nutes but if it is quantity you looking for go coco!!!
I never heard of cd1 Candida but it sound a lot like industrial hemp...go check the official industrial hemp seeds allowed by European community!
For high cbd seeds I would have choosen any Swiss breeder because it is their speciality since they can have 1% THC allowed and as many cbd as possible! They play with industrial hemp and classic strains to get the best of 2 world's...lot of cbd low THC but tasty!
About greenhouse...i used to really like Franco(RIP) but it is more a seedbank than a breeder especially since Franco passed away...i don't say they have only crappy seeds and for the price it is correct but if you plan on doing clone I would go with sense seed SSH or even the one from home grown fantaiseed!
If I learn something along these years is that seeds have different level of quality...and price isn't always relevant! Take KC brain for example it is less expensive than let's say 00seed bank but I would grow any KC seeds but I will never buy anything from 00seed the first is a breeder the second a seller who probably have the same genetics than rqs greenhouse and all the cheap seeds seller!

Do you know SSH will take about 12 weeks to be really mature...if it is a real SSH! I love haze too but most need more than 10 week to be ready as there is haze in the strain(Jack Herer sativa phenotype takes 14/16 weeks So when I see 9 weeks on greenhouse site it can't be the real one or they lie about the flowering time!) And Candida will be ready in 9 week I guess! So it won't be ready at the same time! That's why your light should be in 3 or 4 part...4 panels to be able to switch some off when you don't need it!
I bet there is a thread only about SSH here on RIU so if it is your favourite smoke I would try to find the real deal the one who taste like it should and who grow big and fast frosty buds!
About the high CBD strain low THC the most famous stable and tasty are : Charlotte's web/ Ringo's gift/ AC/DC/ Harlequin and Mom's boy(seed2soul) those are some of the most famous high cbd strains in US!(Charlotte's web should be 0.3% THC and 20% CBD with a large spectrum of cannabinoides!)! When I talk about stability I mean you will get almost the same ratio thc:cbd on every plants...because sometimes it is not the case and you can have huge difference on some other strains even have more THC than CBD!
I forgot the dinamed from DINAFEM this one is a true med plant too...no high the on this one but high cbd and taste(I tried once a few month ago and for a cbd plant I was very surprised by the flavour!
About soil and nutes what are you going to use? Have you ever tried guanodiffusion? It is very simple to use and provides wonderful frosty tasty nuggs! It is not expensive and keep you away from overfeeding and burn! Medium is important too what are you going to use soil/ coco/ flakes/ hydro/ a mix?
If it is your first grow you should keep it simple...don't go for a nutrient line with 20 bottles and super expensive seeds! Most of the time I allow me a budget of 60€ per plant (8/15€ seed 10/12€ soil and about 25/30€ nutes!)
Nutrient and medium play an important role in the finished product quality and quantity so I really encourage you to grow with organic amendments in an organic soil and to use automatic watering(I can't remember the name...i have some...lol!...it is ceramic plug you put into the soil and when it is dry it water your plant without pump you just need a tank with water 30cm higher than the pot...organic needs to be always moist to be the most effective same for temperature under 18°C it do not work well but since we need to be between 22 and 26°C to please our girls it won't be a problem!
If you go this way solid amendments and top dressing plus the auto watering you will only need to fill the tank do a little training to fill the space and to hand water once a week if needed!
Don't forget to use any organic pesticide for prevention!!! It is very important to do it very!!! And to use traps(yellow and blue little trap who appeal the bugs and glue them)! You don't know how it is important to prevent until you have a bugs invasion and have to throw all your plants to trash and cry! So prevention is the master word to don't have to spend hours trying to kill microscopic enemies and turn mad or have to use chemicals(and we smoke that after...i started growing to have clean medicine so never use chemicals! I did but I didn't knew what I know now!!!)

It is a huge industry in Switzerland because they are allowed to grow 1% THC strains!
I think they try to develop high cannabinoid content strain and same with terpine!
There is a huge difference in aroma between a 0.3%THC weed and a 1%THC one! I tried both and no comparison! Even the effect is not the same even if it very light...the first you fell nothing special and it is not very pleasant to smoke the other is very cool to smoke and you fell relax! Not stone at all just cool like after a good massage!
May I ask you for what condition you will use it? Are you sick? I have family member who have died from brain cancer last year and when I told my family cannabis can cure this kind of cancer they watch me like an alien...a few month ago it was on us cancer research site and a professor in Madrid had great success on rats but he stopped his research after this success why...bigpharma give money to the university So...!
Who will be the first country to legalise in EU to you? I want to say Greece as they are economically in deep shit and they started their medical program more than a year ago!!! Or maybe UK as they already have a big growing facility(GW pharma)
