I currently grow in butte county but due to the new laws here I was forced to relocate to a more friendly area . I have a place outside of foresthill in placer county for next year and was hoping someone could give me any heads up about how hard placer county goes after growers . I saw the laws were just voted to not have a ban on marijuana cultivation but that alone has me worried that a cultivation ban could be voted in for next year after I just paid for a 2 year lease . Anyone who has experience with placer county and has the latest info about regulations for next year would be greatly appreciated . I read everything on ca normal already .

I also heard some interesting things about placer county starting to require that for outdoor cultivation you are going to have to register all of your plants and pay a fee per plant to the county... Also rumors of requiring 24/7 surveillance of your greenhouse accessible to the sherrifs dept. at all times in a similar style to Colorado I suppose. A few of my friends are moving this year from the area because they're worried, but I don't think anything is set in stone.

I'm in Butte county. I can only grow outdoors in a 100 sqft area now(5 acres). Totally fucked, didn't even grow outdoor this year.
My other pad is up in the sticks of Yuba county. After measure A passed here in butte, I figured I was still gonna be ok because of my other pad/spot in Yuba county. But then those fuckers bypassed the voting process, and enacted a ban on outdoor very similar to the Shasta outdoor ban. What fuckin bullshit.
I wouldn't count on any of the current local ordinances staying the same, ANYWHERE! But thats just my opinion.
Bunch of conservative haters out there! :cuss:
