finally something to look at! these are the pictures of the plants the morning of the 21 so barely over a week since first feeding. I felt it was a pretty productive week... The ssh has actually pushed the tip of a calyx already. I dont understand why it would be doing this so early... the road runner as predicted exploded into growth. I checked on ssh today and it almost looks like she is flowering... almost 1 inch calyxes are shooting out from everywhere. I dont know if this is good or not. I did fertilize them that night as well and it is amazing how thriving the plants are.

Excellent progress! They look sturdy, too.

You still have the concentrate, right?

A few more instructions:

Bump up your mix a little bit with each subsequent feeding. Alternate each feeding with a plain h20 feeding.

Following up with water is just as important as a feeding. Less is more.

Hope this helps!

i tried saving the first batch of concentrate. I put it in a dark cabinet, but when I went to use it it smelled real strong like amonia so I tossed it and made a new batch. but with th new batch I ripped the bag trying to get it out of the milk jug I have half of the second batch of concentrat in the fridge, and it seems to be keeping better in there. I dont know if you ever played with this, but I hope it works cause its the last of the two vegitative concentrate packages I recieved. hopefully I can get one or two mor feedings done, and then a break before I give the flowering nutes and we we should rockn and rollin...

I do follow the making it rain procedure, and then after I rain I find that whithin 4-6 hours I can pour in the food, I then let the soil get a hair dry and follow up with a light watering and leave it alone fore atleast 3-4 days to let it get completely dry. then I follow up with another mini watering to hold them over till day 6 or 7 so I can then rain on them and then fertilize. the seem to love this routine.

my only question DoL is if I start lengthening feedings to ever 10 days will this do any harm?

No harm at all! In fact, you can top feed the soil with the powder inside the packets and get great results.

As far as the smell, yes, you will get a most unpleasant odor if you keep that packet swimming in water that isn't aerated. The concentrate solution itself, should be fairly pleasant and keep well-- nothing a cap on the jug can't fix.

gread idea with the top feeding idea i unfortunately threw them away will keep that in mind for flowering though. I think either I or attitude seeds got the seeds mixed up cause the plant I had thought was the ssh seems to be autoflowering, and already creating budsites... DoL you think that I shoul switch to a blooming fertilizer for the auto or stick with waht im giving the other plants?
all seems well to me at this point with the veg nutes.

My girls are doing good I topped the HS to acheive more main colas. My SSH witch came in same packaging as the HS seems to be autoflowering? and the RR is going steady, it has great horizontal growth, and I hope it will be flowering by the end of this or next week. I am completly stumped as to why the SSH is flowering... I kept my seeds well labeled through germination and the Roadrunner came in a seperate order from attitude. Hope someone has some advice on this.

Topped plants look good for sure, and the one with the white hairs is flowering and looks like its coming along nicely.

Ideally, you can use the 2-1-3 for another two weeks or so before I'd recommend the switch to bloom nutes.

They are really looking great, pkp. They appear to have doubled in size over the last 4 days!

How strong of a mix are you feeding them, pkp?

The stems are purpling a little... indicative of low N from too low of a ppm...

I give eace plant 1 quart of 5gallon pack that was soaked in 1 gallon overnight. and 8 hours later I give them a cup of water and then let them dry for the week

Oh- you don't want to feed the concentrate directly to the soil....you want to dilute with water first, at least that's what I recommend.

But if you're satisfied with how it's working, then don't change a thing:)

I think it's interesting to see that even if applied at 5X the recommended strength, still no burn.... Nice! Just goes to show how foolproof this stuff is.

well last watering is the only time ive done it without diluting it. only due to me not feeding them in two weeks.
