Pit Bulls of RIU

I know that there is already been threads stared about all the pets on RIU, but i didnt see one dedicated to pits...thats my breed of choice and probably would never buy any other breed besides pits...pits have personalities like no other dogs i have owned...something u dont really realize until u own one...the stereotypes have been blown out of the water, 100 times over imo...ill be cliche' and say that its all on how you raise em and i really is...Mine is a 3 year old rednose named Lex and just by looking at the pics, u can see hes a heavy eyed, baby....so lets go RIU, lets see those pits

my new baby is a pitbull. i wish i had a pic of him. he is white and gray and we love each other. he gives me nice kisses... he belongs to a friend though, not mine unfortunately. i have little pups that i love more than anything. lex is really cute, id love to give him hugs and pets. they do have great personality - all dogs do!

cool beans mmj....my buddy has a white and grey pit that recently ran away...hes devistated....i couldnt imagine losing my dog...hes like a kid to me....pits are a great breed..but ur right about all dogs have crazy diff personalities...and P.s....lex would love giving u hugs and kisses too :hug:

thanks ganja, hmm, hes probably like 4 or 5, still has a lot of gas in the tank...great dog, ultra friendly, pitbull/chow actually....and he guards my outdoor silver diesel plant,LOL

yeah hes still young...ok cool, i thought it was a sheepdog mix or something like that...thats dope that hes your security gaurd...i wish...because lex on the other hand would eat every single leaf and bud if i let him....seriuously plants are his catnip...look at the first pic i put up of him lickin' his chops..nuff said..lol....yeah man, ill def check out the journal...i have my new journal in sig also...not much going on yet..only in week 2 going into 3..

yeah lex too..right around 65-70lbs....hes the biggest baby of them all(i really mean that), but when it comes to my son for some reason he will go to war in a heartbeat if he senses something isnt kosher...not with me or the ol' lady so much, but my son..wheeewwww..i pity the fool

lol, i would - safer with him! my friends pit loves me a lot, he lays down on the ground when he sees me coming. it's so funny because he's huge and the owner can't make him get up. he's such a lover but i bet he's 80 pounds and he's still a baby.

your guy looks like he's really nice.

i agree...just not on the recieving end...lex does the same thing if hes outside and doesnt wanna come in...he will lay on the ground, roll over on his back and somehow becomes dead weight....its hilarious

yeah it was a bit ago.. i remember posting in it myself, but yeah ill take dog picks all day everyday over all the drama thats here lately hahah

literally lmfao....thats funny...and yeah sunni, there def was one started by BBYY last year..i found it in 30sec...so that says alot about my search earlier...oil dabs at 11am does that to me for some reason :eyesmoke:

i've got one of the stupid ass pit bulls that won't come back to you if he gets loose, he wants to go find something and eat it. so he lives in a cage when he is outside and always leashed even when he is inside the house. as far as people goes he's one of the most gentliest, friendly dogs i ever came across. we even took him to an obedience school and was trained at their facilaty for 6 weeks and he learned all the basic commands but will only pay attenmtion to you if he is leashed, if he gets off he turns into a complete retard and takes off.

you to huh?? mine isnt that bad....sometimes he just gets it in his head that when he goes outside, hes gonna go on a fieldtrip...hes ended up in the spca 3 diff times from running away and people finding him and bringing him there...and the people have been cool enough to do that instead of keeping him or just ignoring him...people dont like stray dogs sometimes, especially pits...my vet said that he prob get a whiff of some good female yachavich and goes on a mission to find it...said dogs can smell it up to 2 miles away...so maybe thats where ur guys heading when he goes out and about....
