You count the first day of flowering as when multiple pistils begin. The first day is not the first day of 12/12.

Who says 12/12 isn't the begining of flower?

And what if your have multiple flowers in veg, do you start counting that as the flowering period?

No, you can grow from seeds using 12/12 the entire grow. You wouldn'r count day one of that as day one of flowering would you?

If they are showing signs of flowering in veg lighting...move it to 12/12 and count day one as day one.

THE PLANT DICTATES WHEN IT STARTS FLOWERING...not a light bulb. You can force it to flower before it would like to...but you still need to wait until it's a mature plant...even if you hurry it...plant still decides what day "mature" falls on.

it will take awhile. what kind of plant to you have going indica dominant. or sativa dominant? if it's indica dominant you should see them turning colors pretty soon. and sativa takes roughly 6 to 8 weeks before you start to see your thrichomes turning amber.
