Pink Strains?

that i don't know about.. but i have genetics that show all kinds of hues.. my ace of spades used to have a slightly blue hue when dried but now its more mixed


my purple strains generally are very purple 9lb hammer

I remember Pure Kush by GHS having the pinkish hairs when cured.

But its verrrry subtle. If your looking for bag appeal, you're better off looking somewhere else.

Such as plushberry mentioned above. Of course there are a thousand other strains.

My buddy grew out a bag seed about 3 yrs ago that turned the craziest hot pink/purple, not even an exaggeration..F'ing hot pink... I've ever seen. It was an outdoor gorilla grow..by the time we saw the colors it was too late to try and clone it..heavy sativa, awesome smoke..wish I coulda saved it..

as odd as it sounds that was how i saw one of my three I've seen.. i had a seeds from big bud being crossed by a blueberry male.. one single plant had these hot fucking pink pistles .. the didn't stay obviously.. and the bud wasn't primo so i never kept the strain......

but yeah bag appeal isn't coming from the pistels its coming from the buds.. Jon Sinclairs skunk has fucking amazing colors .. I've seen blue hues in the buds .. deep magenta/purples.. in a friend grows... he has a shitty camera phone but ill see if he can get me a pic..


Tga has a few bag appeal strains.. fucking marion berry is one for sure..

theres a shot of TGAS marion berry you can see the purples and magentas.. its was much deeper at the end of flower. i can't find any of my dried pics to show how beautiful the flowers were when dried...but it had major bag appeal.. smelt like.... stinky cheese feet.......

Strange, I've read about the pink bag seed weed a few times myself.

Anyway, I'm definitely looking for bag appeal. Purple strains have purple calyxes, so it seems the ideal pink strain would be one with pink calyxes (as opposed to pink pistils). I think that's why I'm drawn to plushberry and killing fields -- they sort of have pink calyxes already, but with some strategic cross breeding they might be able to become a definitive, stable pink strain.

ive found plants grown from my romulan x romulan seedstock approx 40% have pink pistils...and when dried still retain the pink colored pistils
