Pictures won't upload

I try and try to get pictures to upload, and it just says internet explorer diagnose problems ya di da. Is there any other way to post pics in a thread? I wrote this long update to my journal...but no pics....

yeah I have to try about 2 dozen times usually lately to upload anything. i think its part of the crappy server
