Pics of PLANTS and pic of BUGS please help ID

I made a post earlier this week about bugs I had and I pretty much concluded they were aphids. Today I cleaned out the closet that my gals are in and killed about 8 of these bugs. Also, I seem to be having some problems with my plants. Many of the leaves have yellowed and fallen off. I had originally blamed this on nute burn until I discovered I had a pest problem.

What can I do to nurse my babies back to perfect health? I have 5 girls I didnt take pics of all of them just a few. The largest of the plants is about 4 feet tall.

Conditions:
Veged for 1 month, started flowering April 6th.
Temps: 76-90 degrees
Humidity: 35-55
Lighting: 400watt hps (grew for one month of veg and one month of
flowering under CFL's)

Sry the pics are not to good, I had to use the camera on my MAC..

The first pic is of the bug I found..Any opinions? Feel free to be very critical I am a newbie and could use any advice/opinions.

I cant tell from the pics what the bug is. I have a bug that is eating my roots. It made the tops yellow at first and then it acts like overfert burn with leaf curl. Something similar may be hapeningto you. I took my bug to the local grow shop He gave me some stuff called gognats and it seemed to kill the bugs but I am still nursing the plants back to health. WM
