Pics of Drip System master and bubba kush clones... Couple questions?

I'm into my second week working on these clones now all fully rooted.. Got something to get them all at the same level of growth.. The master kush is significantly taller then the bubba kush on the right. Running a drip system with two hoses per plant 15 min three times a day on a 24 light cycle. Temp has been 77 - 87 degrees F with RH of 40 -50. Seems to be working out good so far.

A few of the leaves died on the bottem of the plant during transplantaiton to this drip system but i cut them off cause they were really big and figured it would help promote other growth. Not really sure if that was the right thing to do??? Should i cut right at stem or leave a half inch nub?? (thats what i did)

Also you'll notice in the first picture the roots poked out of the smart pots im am using on the bubba plant middle right. Since being raised out of the tray they seemed to die a lil due to not being moist but should i just cut them off??

Is my watering time appropriate. Does anyone know flowering time on these Kushes. what will finish faster sativa/indica like master Kush mix or indica like bubba kush?

I would suggest you cut the two tall plants down to the same size as the short ones if you plan on flowering them all under the same light. Look into using a screen. SCROG

Not really sure if that was the right thing to do??? Wrong, when transplanting always keep the lower growth for a week or so. Once the plant is established you can cut them if they turn yellow.

If roots poke out the bottom and are exposed to air and light they will "air prune" themselves.

Ok so how do i go about cutting the taller plants down to be the same height? When should i do this later on or now... I actaully today tighed them down so they are a lil shorter then the full indicas.

Are you talkin about topping the plant or just cutting the stem shorter???

You can train them by tying them down too. The difference is the plant will still require more space then if you did cut it off.

When to prune is when the plant is in veg. never prune in flower. Where to prune is where the new little branches poke out above a leaf stem. You see the two new branches and cut the main stalk off right there. The the two little ones grow out to two main stems. also known as topping a plant. Just topping it down farther then normal.

so yea, cutting the stem shorter so it will bush out.
