Picking a Grow Tent

Since i don't have a closet that i can convert into a grow room i am looking into buying a tent (will look into other ideas if anyone has any).

I have narrowed it down to three tents. My main problem seems to be decided between at 3' x 3' base and have a lot of room for one plant, or have a 4' x 4' bas and try to squeeze two plants in there.

I was originally looking at the persy box but since it only has a 2' x 2' base i didn't think it would be big enough, plus it isn't coated with mylar. Also, can these tents really support the weight of a hanging lighting system?

What do you think? (once again, other tents or ideas are welcome).

I've got a Secret Jardin DR60 (60 x 60 x 160) and am impressed by it's build quality, seems very durable, minimal light leakage and various vents, I've heard many good things about the other tents in their range which are more to your size. My tent easily holds up the Rhino cf and 250w hps, Secret Jardin state it can hold up to 30kg).
