I like that little dehumidifier. Are you getting any negative effects from the warm air blowing directly inside the plants? I always worried about that so I never put one in the tent. But I could certainly use one in there. I'm actually putting together a larger tent, out of a bunch of pvc I have around, so I can keep a dehu in there without the warm air directly hitting the plants. Your plants kinda look like shit, so I thought it was bc of the dehu. Lol jk, your plants look really good bro. That's why I'm now guessing the warm air prob isn't as bad as I thought.

I actually just need to do a little light blocking on it...the digital display doesn't turn off. So some light comes out both the intake and exhaust vents....going to build a baffle or cover it with a carbon filter to dampen the light (which is pretty dull). But so far haven't had anything negative from it but it's a new addition. It's a vellgoo 4500 50 pint dehumidifier incase you were interested. 300 normally but on sale for 200 quite often on Amazon.

It's pretty nice on heat, doesn't seem to put off alot. So I'm in a basement last night my night time temp got down to low 60s...when the dehumidifier would kick on overnight it would get up to like 67 68....so it isn't putting off much heat...during the day my led light raises my temp up to about 73 or 74...with the dehumidifier on at the same time as the light it'll hang around 78 so I consider it decent for sure....just the dam light could turn off on the display...that'd be huge

Would duct tape work to cover up the lights? It looks like a good sized dehu for a tent if you can find a way to get the lights out on it. I'm gonna check it out.

As you can see I taped it up, and taped it up again...then once more and it still leaks light....low fan setting lowers light by 50% but yea just a slight glow...most people that have seen it think it shouldn't be an issue. And it has worked great so far in my 5x5x6.5 tent...it would actually do my whole basement but it gets a little muggy in the tent at night so I got it in there....

Honestly I think a piece of cardboard just angling the light down some would be enough...

I would recommend one this size, I would probably just search for one that has a display that can be put to sleep. This one is nice will stay in range between 40%-80% depending where you set it....but the real play would be one just like this without the digital display and then hooked up to a humidity controller to keep a tighter range on the humidity.....this one swings 10%...you set to 55% it will kick on when it gets to 60% and stop pulling moisture when it gets down to 50%....so it keeps it in the range...I'd just like 4% or so range...something a little tighter to be honest
