PH'ing your foliar spray

I have been killing bugs alot lately, and have had some bad side affects from it. I was told at my local hydro store that when using a wetting agent "penetrator in my case" along with neem, that you don't need to adjust the ph.. Now this is very strange to me since the the mix of the suggested ratio of penetrator and neem puts the ph @ around 9! But since I have had problems with stress after spraying with an adjusted ph of 6, and seeing some stress, I thought I should throw this one out there...

Come on growers! There has to be someone that has something to say about what the PH should be while foliar spraying!

NO! If you are using Dutch Masters as your foliar than do not adjust your PH. I personally use penetrator and liquid light as i have found it works wonders! My PH is roughly around 9.5 and have no problems. I thought the same as i tested the ph and found it to be 3.5 higher than usual; I then lowered the ph to 6.0 and it was putting stress on my plants (making them wilt, Yellowing...etc.) I Left the ph alone and results were like magic! They say on their website not to adjust ph anyways.
