Phat Filter Confusion ??? O_O

Hello,

I am going to be replacing my "potentially" worn out Activeair carbon filter, and when researching the best type I've only gotten more confused. It appears that Phat filters are very high quality filters, and their website is at http://phatfilter.com/ , however, I am reading that there was another product that went by the name Phat filter, which is now Rhino located at http://www.rhinofilter.com/index.html. When reading descriptions of each one they seem to knock on each others filters a bit, and the Phat filters say they use Mongolian charcoal, which is higher quality than the Australian charcoal used by their competition (Rhino Filters).

Does anyone have any insight in this before I go to buy a new filter? Are these Phat filters good, because I can buy them locally, and want to go get one today if they are the real deal.

Neither system uses pellets as well which is great, because I think my Activeair filter used pellets and was still successful.

Thanks.

I have a phat filter, It works good. I have used can filters as well, cant say I noticed a difference in quality.

Phresh filters are great.
I just tried out 1 Phat filter recently. As they are cheaper. They are not as good.

I highly recommend Phresh.

It is effective as any and has the added bonus of being very light weight. Go for it.
